We recognize that the credibility and security of the Food Safety Examinations rests solely on us. The Examinations we offer measure and certify that you have the food safety knowledge as mandated by law for safe food practices.
In compliance with Florida State Law as spelled out in section 509.049, Florida Statutes and Rule 61 C-4.023(6)
Florida Administrative Code, ALL FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES must be certified in food safety and sanitary practices.
Upon completion of these classes a Certificate of Completion will be awarded. The certificate is valid for 3 years.
